2.2 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include applicable taxes.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

- FAZZO Studio is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks or payment providers.

- The standard processing time for one piece is 5 calendar days. Each additional piece will accrue an extra 5 days, although items will likeyly be ready sooner.

3.2 Shipping Options & Costs
We ship via Australia Post with the following rates:
Australia & New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: $10 per order (Estimated 2–5 business days)
- Express Shipping: $15 per order (Estimated 1–3 business days)
International Shipping:
- Flat Rate: $28 per order (Delivery times vary by location)
3.3 Customs & Import Fees
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
3.4 Delivery Issues
- FAZZO Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.

4.1 No Returns or Refunds
- All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature and hygiene considerations of crochet bikinis, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
